Founded in 1999, with 2 employees in a small office, Amps started as a Generator services & MEP services and gradually we have grown over the years to become an industry-leading facilities management company, with a team of 21000+ employees providing our services to over 600+ client facilities across the India & UAE. Today we have grown into a fully-fledged facilities conglomerate company in Facilities management services, Hospitality, Coffee and spices industry.



  • 1999

    • Authorised dealer for Birla and Yamaha Generators.
    • Amps was founded in Bangalore by U.R. Uday Kumar with 2 employees, now company employees strength is 21,000+.
      On 2004 we were Incorporated as a Private Limited Company, under companies act 1956.

  • 2003

    • Received MEP work order from global pharmaceutical major M/s.Astra Zeneca India Pvt.Ltd Global Process and Development (PR&D) laboratory and R&D Centre Ref by our associate company M/s. Naseer electricals Late Mr. A.S Dawood started our services during project stage itself at the same time clients recognized our dedicated service and they issued appreciation certificate by Mr. Satish Kumble -Associate director site operations.
    • Received MEP work order from M/s. SAP Labs India Pvt.Ltd SAP Labs India is the second largest R&D facility in SAP's global network of Labs started our services Ref by our associate company M/s. Naseer electricals Late Mr.A.S. Dawood during project stage itself at the same time clients recognized our dedicated service and they issued appreciation for our service excellence.


  • 2004

    • Established Hyderabad operation after few months with Ref. of M/s. RSP Architect Mr. Gopal Rao & M/s. Naseer Electricals Dawood we have received MEP work order form M/s. Microsoft India development center Hyderabad, its largest facility outside of USA, started our services during project stage itself, after couple of months clients recognized our dedicated service and they issued appreciation for our service excellence whrer we served nearly for 10 years.

    • Established operations in Chennai,Madurai.
    • Started operations in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, kolkata, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon.
    • Quality Management System Certification (ISO 9001:2000) from NQA in UK for integrated facilities management services. (ISO 9001:2008 Current) and OHSAS 18001, EMS 14001 certified company and also Member of U S Green Building Council.

  • 2008

    • Upgradation of 1396 Govt. ITIs as centres of excellence through Public private partnership held on 29th March 2008, Bengaluru. Govt.of karnataka given opportunity as a chairman of ITI college Chikmagalur.

  • 2011

    • GIREM future city seminar held at Chancery pavilion Hotel, Bangalore on 4th, Mar 2011 chief guest Mohandas Pai Former board member and CFO of Infosys, Chairperson of Manipal Global Education.

  • 2012

    • CFMI - Chartered Facility Management Institute, an Indo-Austria initiative, is an international certification program for Facility Management working professionals in India MOU with REUG of Technical university of Vienna, Austria.

    • Received Award for the best and recommended Electro-mechanical service provider in India held on 31st, may 2013 at the 43rd Facility management and commercial real estate & business leadership summit 2013.
    • Acquired M/s. Wall 2 Wall property services which is a leading housekeeping company in India.

    • Established International operations in Dubai, UAE as Amps MEP Technical Services LLC, partnering with Mr. Ali Hassan Ahmed Ali Alsuwaidi.

    • Expanded business into coffee plantation and Hospitality sectors.
